From Our Founder

From a Shepard boy to....

A Native of Tunisia, North Africa, born in 1946, I grew up taking care of sheep and other animals in a small city called Bou-Ficha. In 1968, I came to the United States studying to be a radio technician and an Electronics Instructor for airplanes. In 1992, I became a United States Citizen and graduated from San Antonio College. Data Point Corporation employed me in 1977 and after 7 years I resigned to start a non-profit agency calling it Terra-Genesis, Inc.

TGI started out a strong passion and conviction to help individuals and families who have a need and did not know where to get it.
My strong desire to not only achieve the American Dream, but to help others achieve it. This is my motivation to give up a great job and invest all my savings to develop an agency that will empower individuals.

In Tunisia, I had only three choices in Bou-Ficha; Become a shepard, plow the fields or harvest the olive trees. This country affords people o all ages, sex, religion and race the opportunity to succeed and find ...Their American Dream. It does take something from each of us; A passion, persistence, and the desire to fulfill that dream.
